You forgot to include reasons to not wear a mask.

1) Collect inheritance. Younger people are often short of money. Having NaNa or Pop-pop die early should alleviate financial problems. Even if they don't have much money, most have life insurance. If they don't have it, then convince them to buy some. If they refuse, then by it for them, attend a Trump rally, then visit them daily or weekly until the insurance pays off.

2) Kill of the old. America is growing older and old people are a drain on society. Too many morals, too many rules. Time for the young to take the reins of power!

3) Embarrass the US on the world stage. Humble the Great United States on the world stage by making them look as weak and stupid as Russia.

4) Buy a lot of stock in Big Pharma, especially companies involved in vaccine research. Increase the number of US deaths to increase the amount of tax dollars Uncle Sam is investing in a cure and/or vaccine. Reap the profits. Investing in Funeral homes can also provide a tidy profit.

If the law is to wear a mask, place the individual under citizens arrest while you call the police to verify the alibi. Inform the person that if he runs away that it is felony flight. That if he attacks you, it is felony assault.

Then wait for the police with your hand on your pepper spray device.
