It means, just as I pointed out in post #5, that there should be a reason not to wear a mask in a pandemic. Why would any good American deliberately seek to spread a disease? Personal profit is a common one since our culture is very profit motivated. Cashing in on NaNa and/or Pop-pop is just another way to turn a buck.
Make a buck; legally kill your grandparents.

actually there are many places out there that mandate face masks and if you try and go in there without a face mask you'll get arrested for trespassing so go for it
