The solution for healthcare that will never be instituted

The problem with our health insurance system is that it's fragmented 51 different ways; each state (+ DC) regulates health insurance differently. Each state (+ DC) has a state insurance commissioner that is elected by the people of that state, to regulate insurance in the state.

Most states allow plans from other states to be sold in their market, however few people enroll in them because of the complex regulatory framework between states, and the high cost to insurers.

What Robo wants is for an insurance plan in one state to bypass another state's regulations so the plan can be sold. This is an anti-10th Amendment position, because it forces other states to accept regulation from one state that runs in contradiction to their own. The only way to solve that is federalism. You need a standard, uniform regulation across all the states that makes it possible for out-of-state regulations to overrule your own state's.

Whether he knows it or not, Robo is making a case for a single payer.

The amount of Medicaid loot they get, how they can spend it in accordance with federal Medicaid regulations. States have to set up Medicaid institutions, to be governed by and inspected by federal Medicaid regulations and since Obamacare, "EXPANDED" medicaid federal loot taken from Medicare the unconstitutional federal system whereby recipients actually pay a minimal premium.

Isn't it a fact that illegal aliens are included in the Census, which causes states with large populations of said illegals to receive additional funding from the federal government? :nodyes:

Hello Robo,

That's a two way street. Americans travel abroad for health care they cannot afford here.

Well maybe they should use the money they spend traveling abroad in a health savings account and then maybe they could afford America’s healthcare, huh?

If that were true the National Weather Service should be done on a piecemeal state-by-state basis. We should al be left to our own devices in guessing when the next big Hurricane Katrina, Harvey, Sandy, etc, hits.

Read Article Five of our Constitution. The solution for that is given there.

And yet that is the leading world authority on health care. Looks like it is the right against the world. Nothing new there.

Who’s “authority?” The only people I know who truly trust anything the UN does or collectively says are leftist and that’s because the UN is entirely infested by leftist socialist WORLD GOVERNMENT loonies communist, fascist, social drinkers and hundreds of others that hate America.

So you say.

Additional funding and additional U.S. House of Congress representatives. That's how Hillary got the 2 million majority popular vote. BUANO!!!!!

That's kind of dumb, isn't it?

How can you predict what illness with strike you in any given year? How can you predict how much it will cost?

HSA's are a scam.

Read Article Five of our Constitution. The solution for that is given there.

This is so lazy. How about you explain how Article Five makes your argument for you, instead of requiring everyone else to do your work for you?

Who’s “authority?” The only people I know who truly trust anything the UN does or collectively says are leftist and that’s because the UN is entirely infested by leftist socialist WORLD GOVERNMENT loonies communist, fascist, social drinkers and hundreds of others that hate America.

No, you're just an anti-social, anti-global wingnut that refuses to change or evolve. You just dig into your position because it's too scary for you to confront the fact that you're full of shit, and everyone knows it.

Why would they, when we provide their national defense for them and they can use their loot for crummy Single Payer?

We don't provide for their national defense.

Secondly, thanks for confirming my point.

If our system is so much better, why isn't anyone switching to it?

That's kind of dumb, isn't it?

How so? Are you paying for their trips abroad too? Do they get em free?

How can you predict what illness with strike you in any given year? How can you predict how much it will cost?

What’s that supposed to mean?

This is so lazy. How about you explain how Article Five makes your argument for you, instead of requiring everyone else to do your work for you?

You didn’t bother reading it, did you? You don’t have a copy of our Constitution, do you? But you vote, right? How about you explain how and why Article five “DOESN’T give you the solution for the situation you provided?

No, you're just an anti-social, anti-global wingnut that refuses to change or evolve.

So you’re resorting to the leftist debate tactic of insults now, huh? Carry on!!!!!

Actually, I’m ANTI SOCIALIST!!!!!!

You just dig into your position because it's too scary for you to confront the fact that you're full of shit, and everyone knows it.

Please present your evidence that you speak for “EVERYBODY.”

Then you can explain why two of America's states have researched it and rejected it as being too non-affordable, right Pal Frankie?

Why would I have to?

ARE YOU SAYING THAT ALTHOUGH ALL OF THE OTHER INDUSTRIALIZED COUNTRIES ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE FULL HEALTHCARE FOR ALL THEIR CITIZENS AT A FRACTION OF THE COST AMERICA SPENDS ON ITS HEALTHCARE...

...AMERICA CANNOT?

Is that what you are saying?

You see Frank, the European countries and Canada are nations with far less population than the United States. Some individual states in America have populations larger than most of those countries. They contribute little compared to the United States to their own national defense, WALLA! Money in the bank. WALLA! tax loot for single payer. The United States Frank, has a national defense budget and expenditures larger than the rest of the world put together. And along with our federal socialist welfare system and our crony capitalist corporate subsidies system, WALLA 22 trillion $ in national debt! Estimated cost for American single payer healthcare 7 trillion $.

So you are saying that!

Well...I think you are full of shit.

I think we can do it...and I am almost certain now that we will do it...in very short order. The cretins of the American right are going down the tubes.

Well Frankie buddy, I am what I am! I'm to old to change and I have little to no trust in any rankings of anything, especially healthcare presented by the UN's socialist/leftist World Health Organization.

Okay...and no problemo!

I was just pointing out that if you are going to simply dismiss anything that does not fit into your personal narrative...you are essentially conceding the argument.

I have never had state insurance commissioner on my ballot.....

We don't provide for their national defense.

Yes we do!!!!! We spend more on NATO than all of them put together and you know it and ignore it!!!

If our system is so much better, why isn't anyone switching to it?

Who said our system was better? I’ve always said our health CARE is great, our health INSURANCE sucks. But that’s because the feds can’t keep their grubby unconstitutional authoritarian paws out of it!!!

How so? Are you paying for their trips abroad too? Do they get em free?

Why would you need to go outside the country for medical care?

What’s that supposed to mean?

Think about it; say you have an HSA, and you've saved a couple grand in it...but then you get cancer, which costs at least $6,300 (max OOPE for single person thanks to ACA), so your HSA has $2K in it, but the cost to treat your cancer is $6K...so what do you do then? Die? Go broke? Bankruptcy? Yard sale?

You didn’t bother reading it, did you? You don’t have a copy of our Constitution, do you? But you vote, right? How about you explain how and why Article five “DOESN’T give you the solution for the situation you provided?

So you're just spitting out random phrases and hoping your passion can fill in the gaps that exist in your argument. I asked to explain how you think Article V supports what you're saying, because I interpret it differently than you do.

How you interpret it is unspoken. You just invoke the phrase "Article V" without bothering to explain how Article V supports you.

Calm your tits.

So you’re resorting to the leftist debate tactic of insults now, huh? Carry on!!!

What a fucking snowflake.

If you want to be anti-social, fine. Withdraw from society and crawl back under the rock from whence you came. Society doesn't want you anyway.

ctually, I’m ANTI SOCIALIST!

So you will refuse Medicare and Social Security, then? You don't drive on highways? You don't eat food inspected by USDA? You don't fly out of an airport?

Seems like you love socialism when it directly benefits you.

Please present your evidence that you speak for “EVERYBODY.”

This entire thread.

OK Frank if that's your opinion! But that doesn't "fit my narrative either!!!! Try again Frank!!!
