And exactly how long do you estimate it will take, to "CUT THROUGH"; seeing as how it's the only way you've suggested as a way to get "through the wall?

The mongols went right into China after they erected the Great Wall. They can slow you down, but nowadays that is all. You can go over, under, around and through a wall, You can boat over in the gulf or the Pacific shore. Perhaps we have to wall off the gulf too. Then we have to stop airplanes. That is how most illegals come in. That will require a very tall wall.
