I've always said that Conservatives or Republicans were nothing more than hateful, self-centered, White Nationalist Hypocritical Liberals who feel like they have to win at any cost!

Other than those things, they are no different than Democrat Liberals!

The report I read of it indicates Roberts didn't spontaneously volunteer the defense of our judiciary, but rather was questioned about it, and replied.

it works that way until a higher court tells the 9th Circuit to take a flying fuck.........according to the SC records that Nordinerd doesn't want you to read, it happens there nearly five times as often as in the second most overturned district......

Politicizing the SCOTUS as much as has been done since McConnell refused to allow Merrick Garland's nomination to be voted on...

Chief Justice Roberts was correct to call attention to what should be our objective with regard to the courts.

a) I know of no Constitutional stipulation for the SCOTUS population. The current practice is 9, but what I've read of it indicates that varies.

b) I know of no Constitutional stipulation on how promptly our senate must "advise & consent".

I KNOW !! Republicans are hypocrites. "Elections have consequences", BUT !! only when it works in their favor.

McConnell's a Machiavellian. The only style points awarded to politicians are awarded on election day. And McConnell had enough.

It is interesting that you never see liberals talking about liberal justices swinging right on anything

Also I can’t think of any major decision in the last 30 years that a democrat appointed justice ruled in a way that angered the leftists.
