John Roberts calls out Trump....

Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have “Obama judges,” and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country. It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an “independent judiciary,” but if it is why are so many opposing view (on Border and Safety) cases filed there, and why are a vast number of those cases overturned. Please study the numbers, they are shocking. We need protection and security - these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise! -TRump

I know! I Know! He's an Originalist and that is a bit scary for some!

But, having a single originalist on the Courts will be a good thing, because we will be able to take note of how originalists interpret the Constitution.

That will quickly determine why people should either vote for them- or not vote for them in other political races.

Sometimes, a bad example, can actually end up being a good example of what we do not want to see follow!

Take Donald Trump for example! He's another bad example of what will end up being a good example of what we do not want to follow in any future political contests!

Yeah, I was stunned speechless to see constitutional conservatives adhere to the rule of law, despite all of my arguments over the years, arguing for a conservative majority on the Court, so as to have a healthy adherence to the rule-of-law.

There is such a thing as Judicial Restraint and I am so glad that we have, at least, 10 Justices on our Supreme Court that uses it!

That's the real trick, getting the Constitution out of the way of progress. It's why conservatives are more likely to preserve liberalism than are the progressives who seek to evolve beyond it.
