I am not denying that North Korea is a dictatorship...and is socialistic. I've never denied that.

If the dossier wasn't important then why did they include it? If it had ZERO bearing as you allege, why include it at all? According to you they didn't need it. So why use it in the application?

Them using the dossier contaminated the rest of the barrel.
