So TTQ64 complains that Republicans want to preserve institutional racism yet when shown how liberal big cities use zoning and land use laws today that were created years ago because of racism she doesn't care.

Goes to show at the end of the day all this is is about the horse race and winning power, not what's done with that power.

I have that thing you're posting to on ignore .. but for the last four decades, Atlanta, the jewel of America's southeast, has been run by black mayors, black administrators, and majority black City Councils .. elected by a majority black population.

Atlanta is far from being alone as a successful black, and or, democratic run city.

Atlanta has done well. It's dynamic like a lot of southern cities..
Baltimore , not so much but it's become a dumping ground for the mid-Atlantic poor.

I just left LA about 3 weeks ago. Traffic still ugly .. and unless SF have figured out how to get around crossing bridges, I wouldn't want to have to deal with that either.

Atlanta does indeed have congested traffic, but not as bad as driving around LA among some of the worst drivers in the world.

I'm not complaining. I am point out why you are being called a racist.

You would vote to preserve institutional racism which oppresses the Black community, other communities, and the poor.

Trying to equate so called liberal zoning laws with the racism on the right, is laughable. It lets me know you have no clue about racism.
