Is birthright citizenship on the way out??

how the hell do you come up with the bullshit that a FETUS is committing a criminal act? Right is absolutely correct when you doubled down on dumbassery and no ability to debate.

That wasn't what I said. If that's what you believe, you're the dumbass but we both already knew that, coward.

Life must be rough living with that dishonorable discharge.

Children are not to be held responsible for the acts of their parents
The "Rule of Law" Is the Law of the Rulers, Who Mock, Hate, and Fear All the Rest of Us

More shallow and slippery talking points by people who don't think about what they are saying. Why should anchors be rewarded for an illegal act just because they weren't the ones committing it? If someone sells me a car that I had no way of knowing was stolen, do I get to keep the car once the police find out what he had done?

how is being born on american soil, thus making one a citizen, a reward from an illegal act. it's a simple set of circumstances. Now the parents getting something for that, that would be a reward.

Basic logic would tell you that the law doesn't apply to illegal acts. The amendment would actually have to say "even if born throgh illegal entry"; otherwise it should go without saying that the law always applies only to things done legally. If a kid falsifies his age to get a driver's license, does he get to keep it after the forgery is discovered? In a self-governing country, SCROTUS should have had its self-declared privilege of interpreting the Constitution because of decisions like this.

It's rewarding the children when the only reason they're here is due to a crime. Are you OK with rewarding children for the crimes their parents commit?

That's exactly what the plutocracy did for the mooching spoiled brats of Ken Lay, Enron's CEO. And the guillotine fodder said the same thing, "His heirs weren't the criminals, so they have the legal right to receive the stolen money." That shows us that richkids should be the primary target of a populist revolution.

he wasnt born here

Therefore he did not derive citizenship through birthright.

His parents immigrated legally, and so did he. That's a distinction idiots like you can't make.

Rafael Cruz entered the US in a student visa initially, and after returning to Cuba (where he was beaten and tortured) he fled back to America and was granted political asylum in the United States following the expiration of his student visa. Rafael Cruz earned Canadian citizenship in 1973 and in 2005 he renounced his Canadian citizenship to become a naturalized U.S. citizen. His second wife, Eleanor Elizabeth Darragh Wilson, was born in Wilmington, Delaware.

see, now you're confused. there's a HUGE, HUGE, difference between a 'law' and a 'right'. Or in the case of the 14th Amendment, a birthright. So your analogies are pretty much horseshit.

For those that think it's OK to give a kid citizenship when the sole reason they're here is because of a criminal act by their illegal parents, it shouldn't be a problem in the example you gave. Where they prove themselves to be hypocrites is they support one but not the either.

Is that how you came up with the idea that people have a right to drive drunk and the only laws that can deal with that is AFTER they kill an innocent person? Got it. Thanks for clearing up how you feel.

thanks for showing what an idiotic moron you are. you haven't gotten a single fucking thing right on this board since you showed up, other than to show you're a retard. you should go back to actual school instead of wishing for what it should be like a liberal.

I have you pegged, son.

Why haven't you told me about how big and bad you are for having been in the Marines. I need a good laugh. Not at the Marines but at how you think you're so big and bad.

the title 'Marine' says it all. Nothing I say is going to change the reality of that. That you don't understand basic shit like that is what makes you an idiot.

That you think your claim that you were a Marine is supposed to mean something to me shows you're the idiot. Am I supposed to be scared? If you think so, that goes further to proving you're an idiot.

again, you don't seem to understand. I don't give a fuck if you're scared or not. I don't care if you are intimidated or not. I don't fucking care. I simply am the one who can and will kill you if I find it necessary to do so. You couldn't stop me if you tried. it's plain reality, you fucking coward.
