How do you know what these people have done. How many have served in the armed forces, how many have educated themselves to be a contributor to society. How many hold jobs that might not be filled if they were to leave?

I can agree with this; but I think the parents should be given the option, of either leaving the new American Citizen here and having him put up for adoption or taking him/her with them.
He or she can then return upon reaching the age of 18.

SCROTUS is a pompous, power-hungry clique. But it is not stupid enough to actually believe that anchor-baby citizenship makes sense. No one does. Therefore, the most logical conclusion is that they purposely mandated something stupid just to check how obedient the American people were to their every whim.
