Why do you support those committing a crime as we speak staying here if the crime they're committing involves removing them from the country?

You punish equally if you're going to punish. If you're willing to focus on those you want to blame and make excuses for those you want to call underdogs, you lose your argument. The problem started when the POS parents of the kids for which you want to make excuses illegally crossed a border they weren't supposed to cross. We'll call that Action A. Without Action A, Results B - Z never occur and this discussion never takes places.

There's an easy solution. If you're illegal, get the fuck out. If that's too hard to understand, you're too stupid to be in the country dragging down the rest of us that realize how easy it is and how hard you're trying to make it.
 
I've got something that should make everyone happy.

After a "dreamer" testifies in a federal court, against their parent(s), for the parent(s) being engaged in human smuggling, and the parent(s) are convicted and sentenced; then the "dreamer" can stay.

We are talking about DACA, thus Lupe's child, not Lupe. The kid is the DACA recipient. Lupe is a female name. We already know Lupe can be deported. She came illegally of her own volition. Yasmine did not.
And then Yasmine applied for relief under DACA, was granted the work permit, and now you people want to take it from her and kick her out to a country she never knew, has no job in, and when she has done nothing wrong.
Yasmine has a permit to work, has a tax ID and is taxed on income.

No she can't. It's sunsetted with a six month fuse. Why would I blame the sole person who did the right thing? Obama himself said his action was a temporary stop gap to prevent harm pending Congress getting off its ass to save these kids from the unjust predicament.
I don't blame Obama. I applaud him, as usual, the only guy practicing the art of the possible to do sensible business. I thank Trump for punting to Congress, cowardly though was his motivation.. Hopefully they will do the right thing.

It's not unjust to send those illegally here out of the country.

The cowardly act was by the black boy President doing something that even he said he didn't have the authority to do.

Micawber, much like most Obama supporters, believes doing the right thing, even if done in the wrong manner, is justified.

When you here them say "they were just kids", they're justifying criminal activity. Wonder if they would support the kids of a bank robber keeping the money. The kid didn't do anything wrong. He/She was given something by the parent that did something wrong.
