Who knows what Hillary Clinton would have done? Not much point speculating about it.

Personally, i think all the world powers would have acted in a similarly alarmed fashion, given the advanced state of North korean nuclear technology, without a Trump in the Whitehouse but we'll never know the answer to that either.

Despite all this typing about ulterior motives, power-plays and insights into the North Korean cultural mindset, we're all just guessing.
