Sessions big-gov't views on marijuana

I'm states rights on everything.

This is the problem koolaid-drinking hacks like you have. You assume that everyone thinks like you in terms of mindlessly supporting one side or the other. Stop fucking assuming that I'm "Joe Liberal" on everything. I'm states rights, anti-war whether it's a Dem or Republican, pro privatizing SS, pro domestic drilling, anti-tax, et al.

I am not like you. And while we're on that topic - where is your condemnation of the BIG government measures inferred by the OP?

Hypocrite.

It happens that I'm on board with medical pot.

Why don't I remember you advocating states right on gay marriage?

Got a link?

Hey fuckstick. Read the entire thread and think before you start regurgitating Thingy talking points.

Again for the less intelligent. Supporting Sessions in upholding the law isn't the same as supporting the law itself. Are you fuckers such limited thinkers you can't reconcile those positions?

Holy fuck and liberals claim they are so fucking brilliant.

I read the thread you putrid puss ball.
Reply to my points or shut the fuck up.

BTW as usual you don't know what the fuck you are talking about.

If you want to get high fine. But don't hide behind this medical marijuana lie

medical marijuana is a theory. one that has shown some positive results. don't hide behind the whole 'just want to get high' bullshit, unless you can actually prove it with science.......

That's pathetic, Darth who "learned his lesson from Iraq." Why do you assume that every discussion demands the same attention? This particular issue is one that ONE MAN wants to completely change the dynamic on, AGAINST the will of millions of voters who have popularly approved measures to legalize in their states.

Spare me your lame, hackish strawmen. What a buffoon - address the OP, or don't. But right now, I see you as a big government guy who doesn't care about states rights. If you agree w/ the OP, I'd be interested to actually here that. If not, you're a big gov't guy.

The end.

Thing is in favor of both federal and state governments passing laws he agrees with........

Interesting isn't it. The left of JPP are officially on record as not wanting the government to enforce immigration laws and drug laws.

I wonder what other laws they would support Sessions ignoring.

We should make a list.

Rune was right. By focusing solely on this, you're only exposing your own hypocrisy.

But I have never seen you think independently on this board. Never.

I am States rights, until it comes to civil rights and that is where I part ways with some states. Citizens rights must be protected by those states that would deny them.

you have been here less than two years, insignificunt.

Thing (Oncelor) has been here for 11 years.
His words are the iron of truth, yours are the clay of the laughing fool.

You are making the claim,
it is incumbent upon you to prove your claim.

Sadly you have yet to learn even this.

stupid laughing fool.

it'snot "states rights" it's the states exercising their co-sovereignty.
Sessions decides how much enforcement he wants to use and where-clearly going after low-level weed is worthless

If you want the law to change -you gotta get Congress to move..good luck with that. Shiftless Swamp Critters.
but until it happens it's all up in smoke how it's enforced

Thingy and his words of iron lol.

How am I supposed to not laugh when you say crap like that?

What am I solely focusing on? Have I ever taken a position of supporting the government not enforcing existing laws? If you can find one please share it.

As for my position on actual drug laws? I have stated many times that I am conflicted on them. The libertarian in me says it is government overreach. But I have seen firsthand the destructive nature of drugs.

I find it offensive when people try to minimize marijuana or try to pass it off as being "medical". Just be honest and say you want to get high.

As I said it is not inappropriate for Trump to enforce existing law. Don't like the law change it.

But if you support the Attorney General arbitrarily enforcing laws you support a banana republic.

Are you worried that Sessions is going to burst into your house while you eat your pot cookies?

the libertarian in you should see the damage is caused by making the drugs illegal.
it becomes furtive behavior, backed by criminal cartels.

weed does have medicinal properties, but painkilling in not it's best -it's only marginal ofr arthritis etc.

In this we agree; Alice's screech to change the law rings hollow with a Congress that ignores the will of the people.

what a hypocrite Alice is.
So full of his own false pride as to declare that humanities oldest drug is not a drug.

go fuck your arrogant ancient self

States don't have a right to define their own marriage laws?

Interesting. Do they have a right to exclude polygamy?
I support polygamy. I think people have a right to marry as many people as they wish, it's none of my business. I think States and federal laws are both wrong on this issue.
