Sessions big-gov't views on marijuana

Obama was a big disappointment on marijuana policy. It's one of the reasons I didn't vote for him in '12.

But Sessions is much more aggressive about it, and wants to really set the clock back on this issue. There were some early hiccups w/ Obama, but for the most part, the Feds stayed out of it and respected the will of the people in states that were legalizing.

Nobody is coming for your bong Cheech. Toke up

That was what Russian collusion was all about. Pot. True story bro.

Just tell some doc that you have glaucoma an pay him $30. Problem solved bro. Relax. Go get baked.

I think THC/Marijuana should be legalized. However, when reefer madness came out, pot was a lot less harmful. Back in the day, 60-70s pot was a lot less potent. Now we have super weed, hybrid strains, dabs, edibles, new ways of inhalation, that came make you as messed up as shooting heroin. And people are led to believe its harmless and they can drive. Studies show it can damage mental development up till the age of 25. (This is what the age to buy should be if legalized).

Leading to a sharp increase of auto accidents in legalized states. And what about the fact that long term use of the drug can make you a paranoid schizo/Conspiracy theorist.
The pain relief, and seizure prevention aspects of medical marijuana employ the use of the non psychoactive CBD, not THC.

As such, there are tinctures/extracts and even strains for smoking that contain almost no THC.

Huh? ... Obama went after the very heart of legalized mj ... sending armed jack booted gov't thugs into peaceful dispensaries.

Discrimination is discrimination.

Except when it's not. The gov't is actually changing the definition of something in order to create something brand new that never existed.

The gov't should get the fuck out of the marriage business. The gov't discriminates against single people when it gets involved in marriage.

What is the dose for seizure prevention? Will it work for fever induced seizures? How often do you have to take it? Do certain blood levels need to be maintained? What is the peak? Trough? What is the volume of distribution?

Has it been compared head to head against other anti seizure medications in randomized controlled double blind studies comparing safety and efficacy?

I will await the JPP "medical marijuana" experts to come up with the answers

calling someone "Desh" has been used as an insult at least twice in this thread from two separate posters. that's hilarious.

Colorado’s Marijuana Tax Revenue Now Exceeds Half A Billion Dollars
The funds have been put to a wide range of uses, such as rebuilding infrastructure.

Based on data from the Colorado Department of Revenue, the firm tabulated that cannabis-related taxes from 2014 through mid-2017 totaled $506,143,635.

The tax figure is substantially more than some experts predicted in 2012 when Colorado voters approved Amendment 64, which legalized recreational marijuana. At that time, some analysts projected the state would net between $5 and $22 million a year in taxes.
