First off, it is a new program by the World Bank, and the Trump family didn't contribute anything, all the President did was pledge to send fifty million of taxpayers money.
The act would be the equivalent of President Obama contributing US dollars to famine relief and disease control, which was done in his Administration and just about every Administration since the 1950's

You people are celebrating the President's pledge of fifty million of Ivanka's cause, showering praised upon both Trumps for the effort, and completely ignoring the two hundred million plus he wants to cut from programs to address famine and disease in the world.
