Washington Post should be shutdown for treason

I'll hop in, just this once, to school you: WaPo was very careful to only report that Trump divulged the information. They did NOT divulge the exact information - which is the crux of this controversy. What Trump divulged had nothing to do w/ what Russia might do w/ the information. What it did was potentially expose the source of the intel (something WaPo did NOT do), which is something a President should not do.

So, thread fail. Oh - and Darth, please note again that this has nothing to do with what Russia would do w/ the intel.

Okay, that's that.

Just this once huh? LOL. You are so full of yourself.

Your premise is very dishonest. WAPO said it was an ally, said it involved a city that our enemies are in, but yeah, not exact information. WAPO said:

The information the president relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

The partner had not given the United States permission to share the material with Russia, and officials said Trump’s decision to do so endangers cooperation from an ally that has access to the inner workings of the Islamic State.

You are such a massive hack it boggles my mind. Why would a US press present this information to our enemies? You have whined forever about the Russian hack of the DNC emails, but yet, have no problem with this.

I seriously don't get your problem. I know you hate Trump and can't think logically about him, but this, come on. I thought you were smarter than this.

Okay, if you claim he didn't lie, what is the issue? He and the others dispute the press reports. Why do you believe some anonymous source over the people who were actually there?

Edit: are you saying he lied or didn't lie? Also, I saw his press briefing and he repeatedly said that what Trump shared was "wholly appropriate". How do you know he is wrong?

McMaster said "The premise of that article is false." He didn't say the entirety of the article is false and he wouldn't confirm or deny that Trump revealed classified information to the Russians. Also, the WH immediately reached out to the CIA and the NSA to let them know what the president had revealed. McMaster said that was done merely out of an "overabundance of caution."

What does premise mean to you?

Non sequitur.
If Trump didn't do damage then how can reporting what Trump did cause damage?
I don't believe the wapo article aided our enemies.
That is my answer.

How would anyone but the Russians and those in the room know about it?

Would ISIS know about it?

Is it your claim Russia is an ally of ISIS?

You silly little boy. You know nothing.

Okay, then he didn't lie, did he?

Using Catholic-speak what McMasters did is the equivalent of a sin of omission. Nobody in the WH categorically denied that trump leaked classified into. Instead they talked around it and tried to lessen the gravity with a lot of extraneous fluff.

Please explain to me what he lied about. He didn't omit anything, at least not from the video I saw. He flat out said, he didn't do that. He said it was appropriate.

Seems to me you just believe sources that fit your world view.
