Health Care Is Not A Right!

And then in reaction to LBJ, Nixon codified a system that insured minorities would stay down by harsh drug sentences & divided families. The war on Drugs is always disproportionate to minorities. I've seen it first hand throughout the years.
Sorry you don't like factually reality.

Hey Mr Crow....:D

Sure you have.

Why did I know this would be your response.

You are free to believe what you want. I know it makes you uncomfortable to know people can get by without relying on the gobblement.

This exchange is very illustrative of how toxic and manipulative leftist ideology is. It is how you advance statism.

Don't get me wrong, it is very seductive. My way of living requires strength and courage. I made a decision along time ago I would not rely on the gobblement for my personal needs

Here is where you throw out your "what about the roads and fire fighters and blah blah blah"

Well the only roads out by my mountain retreat are dirt and there is no fire department within miles. If my retreat catches fire it just burns to the ground. No ambulance either.

Look I get it. Life is scary. You want and need the gobblement to take care of you. It take discipline to save money and plan for the future. You obviously don't have what it takes. You are happy being a taker. I am not.

Any more red herrings?

We've been down this road before, dipshit. You had your ass handed to you every time. Why you keep coming back for more punishment is beyond me.

YOUR opinion doesn't matter. It doesn't mean what you want it to mean, either. The General Welfare Clause has been invoked and validated any number of times. It really is tough shit that you don't like it, isn't it?

I have to keep coming back to your wife because you don't get the job done. At least that's what she says between oinks.

lol

^Folks, this is the sign of a fucking loser. So pitiful that he has to change another's post to try to reinforce his own.

Laughably pathetic

What's pathetic is you willing to be wrong and oppose someone fixing it when you are.

Marbury vs. Madison was nothing more than those wanting the power to do something the Constitution didn't give them finding a way to grant that power to themselves.

The left seems to forget that while then founders did want the Constitution to have the ability to change, they included a process to use when such changes were needed. The left ignores that part.

You can blame Jefferson for that ruling, because, if the court had ruled in favour of Marbury, Jefferson was just going to ignore the court's ruling. Marshall knew this, so he established the long-term legitimacy of the court by ruling the way that he did.

Jefferson wasn't on the Court. Just like a true leftist, you blame those that aren't at fault and give a pass to those that are.

Jefferson's ideological descendent, Jackson, actually did defy the court. The Trail of Tears was probably one of your favorite moments of US History.
