Marbury vs. Madison was nothing more than those wanting the power to do something the Constitution didn't give them finding a way to grant that power to themselves.

The left seems to forget that while then founders did want the Constitution to have the ability to change, they included a process to use when such changes were needed. The left ignores that part.

But since you think the Supreme Court is the final authority and their rulings all encompassing then it stands to reason that gun ownership is an individual right and corporations are people
