President Obama personally ordered the raid to get OBL. Everyone in the intelligence services says that the President does not personally order wiretaps, you need to learn the difference. The FBI actually the entire Justice Department is separate from the White House, its done that way to that they can operate independently. However, the president is the CIC of the Military.

The President is not the Attorney General the AG is the head of that Chain of Command, but the President is the head of, the Commander in Chief of and the head of the Chain of Command of the Military... can you see the difference?

The President appoints the Attorney General, and can fire the Attorney General, but cannot call the shots at the Justice department.

Its simply a matter of whose legal decision it was, the President is not legally entitled to order the AG to do anything, if the AG does something at the presidents request... its the AG doing it.

A General or any other military person does not have authority to disobey the President. If the President orders the military to do something, it was the Presidents call.

If you dont understand that you have never been around anyone from the military much, and you have never understood what a chain of command is.

There is only one credible report. No one of importance, save the idiot Trump, "admits" there is a warrant. Spicer was even non committal.

There have been several news reports of people denying it.
 
I guess the question is "Do we Trust our intelligence community, who seems to be very leaky, not to leak the results of these investigations to the democrats to help win the elections?"

Here's what we know:

Somehow, a man who sees fit to go on a wee-hour tweet rampage saying that his predecessor committed a felony all of a sudden feels a sense of restraint & discretion when it comes to actually sharing evidence to back up that charge.
