Trump met with Russian Ambassador during campaign

Do you know the difference between 'met', 'met with' and 'meeting' is ?

Schumer, Pelosi, McCaskill, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, Maria Cantwell of Washington, Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, Jack Reed of Rhode Island, Robert Casey of Pennsylvania and Sheldon Whitehouse of Rhode Island, Sen. Joe Manchin, Va, all democrats, 'met' the ambassator.....so what.
Pelosi and McCaskill denied ever meeting the russian.

'Met' does not mean 'met with' or had a 'meeting with'......English 101

Met - past and past participle of meet1

What do you think the difference is, mushbrain?

BTW, moron, look at the title. What does it claim? They met. "They had a meeting," is just as accurate because that means they met, but I in no way suggested or implied they sat down and had a detailed conversation about some issue.

Depends on your definition of lie.
Hilarious

You really think a quick handshake means they met, for purposes of this latest accusation? LOL, you're dumb.

I think the context is, did Trump have an actual meeting. I would not call handshaking with 4 ambassadors for a few minutes, a meeting.

that would have been wrong because they did meet.

/yawn.....bullshit......apologize for wasting our time......now if you had something legitimate, like Hillary selling uranium to the Russians in exchange for millions of dollars to CGI, it would be worth discussing.......she didn't accomplish that with a warm handshake......it was a hot shakedown......

Yes, it means they met. How the fuck does one shake hands with another without meeting? It literally means to meet at the hand. You are an idiot.

“Russia is a ruse. I have nothing to do with Russia. Haven’t made a phone call to Russia in years. Don’t speak to people from Russia,” Trump said during a February 16 press conference. He said he contacts with Russia were limited to talking twice to Vladimir Putin after election day.

What is the context? Did you have a meeting or did you meet? They are two different things. For example, that Senator CA, I doubt if asked she would even remember meeting with me, because it was just a handshake.

How many times do I have to explain to you people.

Did you ever inhale while on the job vs. did you ever inhale.

Two totally different questions, that could have the same answer.

Sessions added no qualifications to his statement. There was no "on the job."

You are adding things to the word "meeting" that are not necessary. But nobody said they had a "meeting," you fucking moron. The claim is that, "they met."

Meeting - a coming together of two or more people, by chance or arrangement.

Dick's parents had a meeting nine months before he was born........therefore, he knows what's going to happen nine months after Trump met the Russian ambassador......unfortunately for Pelosi, she was there too......

Yeah, and he lied about it as the meetings were during the campaign. Apparently, you are redefining "in the course of the campaign" to mean something else. IDK what.

My goodness you are dumb. In the course of, means in his work in the campaign, not during the campaign. There is a huge difference. In the course of, means while he was working for or doing something for the campaign.

Let's just have this done with, either Obama forgot a brief handshake or he lied about a meeting that dozens of people witnessed and was reported on (which is absurd).

BFD.
