and at what cost? Isn't it much of it coal related that is already being cleaned up? Or not?

We have a pretty strong nature conservation movement in WV on account of tourism. And we have our share of environmental activists as well---the latter is an ideology.
I'm an avid fisherman so I know a thing or two about WV water and fisheries. I can tell you whatever is in 90% of the water doesn't seem to bother the fish lol. Trout are an exception though; and yes, mining affects them not because of heavy metals or selenium but because of pH.
But here's the point: We don't want or need the heavy hand of the EPA to manage our water. Not that I advocate banning it but because the EPA under Obama was used as a blunt instrument against the mining industry.
Trump is putting a stop to it. As promised.
