(laughing) More of your wishful "if/would" feces. The sign of no arguement. Tell us the last time an "if/would" scenario was ever reality, dimwit.
when was yours?
(laughing) More of your wishful "if/would" feces. The sign of no arguement. Tell us the last time an "if/would" scenario was ever reality, dimwit.
no, it was the COURTS that allowed that type of regulation.
then we don't have RIGHTS, we have permissions.
due process comes from the courts, not congress. unconstitutional laws come from congress, with YOUR approval i might add.
actually, that's pretty much exactly what happened. you don't know much about 2nd Amendment history, do you?
again, if the courts decree something as constitutional, doesn't make it so. the courts have been wrong many times......dred scott, for example.
when was yours?
(laughing) The correct answer, dullard, is;
"Domer, you are correct. "If/would" is a bullshit argument and has never occurred."
FYI: A law must 'exist' before it can be considered to be constitutional or unconstitutional, Scotus has only the right to review law, not legislate it from the bench as it did with something like Roe v. Wade etc., . The Law? Its called FOPA (firearm owners protection act)...and it was legislated in 1986 and signed into law by none other than Ronald Reagan on May 9th 1986
Due process if found in the Constitution and guaranteed...its found within the RULE OF LAW, and every citizen has the right thereof. As citizens of a state....in this represented constitutional republic.....you elect representatives to go to DC and reflect your wishes...if they do not FIRE THEIR ASSES. Due process comes with representation..either in the court or in the very act of legislating new law. There can be no law that is constitutional if it does not originate in Congress the only body that is constitutionally authorized to make law. That is why agencies like the EPA need to have their teeth pulled....they bypass congress.
in your bizarro world, certainly. in reality, not so much
NotSorry, sweetheart, you'll not find me posting "what ifs", "if/woulda" or any of those other diversionary bullshit notions. That's your bailiwick, not mine.

Another good guy with a gun protects himself, his employee and his property.
You can tell that this man has spent time at the range practicing for such an event. It looks like a 1911 that he used.
I love how the bad guy just drops like a cheap table.
Let's see, I carry a spare tire in my car(fun fact: I've never had a flat, not skill, luck)and a first aid kit(used 3 times to help other people). I keep 5 days of food and water in a bug out bag, along with a stove, lantern, radio and other hurricane stuff. I carry a knife, and I use it everyday. I've even memorized the phone number for 911, and I carry a gun, sometimes, not everywhere I go that's for damn sure. I am prepared for a lot of different shit, and that's all. This "cognitive dissonance" crap is getting old. Your studies and facts are old, and I'm not saying there are new studies and facts to refute them, I'm saying they have been force fed to me for a long time and I have rejected them as having little or no weight in my decision to own and carry firearms. There is no dissonance in my cognition, and I seriously doubt you are qualified to diagnose something like that over the Internets. Here's yer flail back
Then answer the question, cunthair. Give an example of an "if/would" scenario that actually occurred.
I gave you one in another thread, you didn't believe it. why would I offer it again? and you realize that you've lost this debate with the constant insults, right?
Translation = you can't provide one.
Why? Because they don't exist.
your translator is broken, still. let me guess, you want a mainstream media source, backed up by video and an endorsement of not one, but 4 local law enforcement agencies that it actually happened......right?
suck on my barrel, bitch boy.Nope. Just a straight answer to the question from you. Can't do it? Fine. Admit it and move on. Otherwise, shut the fuck up.
Name an "if/would" that actually happened.
If anybody did that over here, they'd be dead pretty quickly if they didn't hand it over to the police. It really is a time bomb Anatta, that open carry. It needs to be rethought.
Who said it makes America safer. Is your only contribution straw man arguments?
I also notice you left off Illinois. Was that by accident or by design?
Wow, you were a wild one back in the day!I partied with some skinheads in West Virginia back in the daze..
they were nuts and drank (etc.) and played rock and roll and shot off their guns in the woods like for days.
But at least that was a rural area to your point. I do not want to see open carry in urban/suburban areas, unless you are on duty.
What a surprise! No not all legislation has to do with safety.
I reject your premise.
Why are they bringing it up now? Gun rights are a priority for many of us.
Just because they aren't for you doesn't mean it shouldn't be.
You lost. We won. Our priorities take precedence.
Personally I prefer open carry.
what is your issue with someone carrying a handgun in the open?
This is for England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland compile their own figures.FUCK the AMA crap. they've been in the anti gun camp for years and as such, their shit should be ignored. move back to england where you can be a good little subject.
Even in the days of the Wild West, guns were banned in places like Tombstone, Deadwood and Tombstone. In those towns you had to hand your guns in and get a check.Openly carrying a gun for self defense doesn't lower your chance of having an ability to defend yourself any more than conceal carry does since both options give you the opportunity for defense, but I would say that open carry makes you a more noticeable first target for a criminal if they notice it and have an intention of doing harm to you and others in public. I'd much rather have a concealed gun than an openly visible one, but I support that persons right and ability to conceal it or openly carry.
