Yes and they did that because they didn't have our normal troop presence there anymore. Yet we are still in Japan Korea and Germany.

I checked. Their numbers are 8-10,000 which is kind of pathetic given our total population.

I was 100% against the 2003 war but it undoubtedly true that Obama fucked up big time because he was more concerned about party politics.
