Everyone that got money from the stimulus had to provide reports and progress updates detailing what jobs they were able to either retain or add on with the money they received.

And honestly, I don't care what you think of that measure. It's a measure. It's infinitely better than anything that you or any rightie has offered up on this thread (which is basically the baseless GOP talking point that the "stimulus failed").

It had never ever ever been used as a metric before Obama. That is a fact.

And I don't give two shits what the CBO scores because the dirty little secret about the CBO is that it can ONLY score based on what it is given. They do know INDEPENDENT analysis.


So stop being a pussy and hiding behind their skirt to protect your affirmative action President. They way you are all talking about it proves his Presidency has been a failure.

Is that really going to attack the problem? We'll talk black community here. Look at the number of black high school students that don't graduate. AA does nothing for them. If you really want to help and see change you have start well before then.

Here's an excellent short video on black youth in Oakland and a (high school) class specifically for black males. Tell me this doesn't get you fired up for those kids. This is what's needed on a massive scale. More affirmative action isn't the answer. It's involvement like this that is.
