"Socialist" Bernie Sanders is a MILLIONAIRE

According to the constitution, the country is supposed to be run by the states. Federal senators should have practically nothing to do and should not be collecting $170,000 in salary plus $500,000 in bribes every year.

I would agree that the States should be in charge of more and that the Feds have grabbed more and more power over the past couple decades. I also agree that the Senatorial salaries are too high.

That said... my point stands. We still need federal level politicians to handle what they ARE supposed to be handling.

Again, you are conflating ideas. It is not contradictory to try and fight for the average person, yet still have a million in assets (again... after 50 YEARS of work).

If you want to discuss hypocritical, then perhaps a better tact would be to look at Bernies salary as a Senator relative to those on his staff. To be clear, I do not know what his staff makes relative to him, but I would bet it isn't spread evenly. (could be wrong)

It is when the "fighting" involves demanding someone else be forced to do what he apparently has the money to do. It's the typical bleeding heart mentality. Support something then go about forcing others to fund it by being in a position to do so then claiming compassion by using someone else's money. If Bernie cared as much as he said about kids whose parents couldn't afford college going there, he would have found all those parents that couldn't and written a check to them from his own account. He didn't. He says someone else should be forced to do it.

Yet you said those federal politicians handle too much beyond what they should be handling. Which one is it?

Then you need to restate your previous comments. I stated, clearly, that he stuck to his guns. He did. You simply don't like what he stands for. That is acceptable. Neither do I (for the most part).

You acted surprised when those guns produced people who supported him because their sorry asses think something is owed to them?

What do you mean, which one is it? I said the Fed has taken on more than they should. Period.

What other one is there in your mind?

With his net worth he could pay for maybe three kids schooling?

You said we need politicians handling what they are supposed to be handling. What are they supposed to be handling at the federal level? Provide me a list breaking it down as to what you believe.

Then he needs to STFU about the rest of us being forced to do what you say he can't do. It's the typical Liberal/Socialist mantra. I WANT this but I can't do for those what I want to be done so the rest of you must be forced to do it.

This is America. Dude is free to preach his ideas no matter how crazy or radical they might be. If enough people buy into it then we get what we deserve.

The problem is those "getting it", meaning those funding what he wants to hand to others for nothing, don't deserve it. Are you saying those who would be forced to pay but don't benefit deserve it because someone else who thinks it's owed to them votes that way?

You, I and everyone else get to vote for representatives who will spend money (or come closest to) the way we want it to be spent.

Fortunately Bernie's not going to win.

HAHAHA. I love driving you ballistic. Anyway - yes i know all senators are rich. They all take bribes. Bernie is a phony who cares only about lining his own pockets and cares nothing about america or the poor. THINK, you miserable america-hating wretch.

Listen you single wide trailer trash; how much do you think college presidents make?
Their holding are actually quite modest.
You really are too stupid for adult conversation.

Can you tell me the biggest difference between you/me and many of those that get the same vote as we do?

It is amazing how many arse-lickers believe only holy, starving hermits should believe in changing the system. The question then arises, How? By prayer, as I take it.

they are sociopathic idiots
