IF your on the FBI's terrorist watch list, should you be free to own an AK?

no, i argued that when it was first created, were you?
When it was the right to fly being taken away from people I argued that something needed to be set up so the due process could be had by those whose right was being taken away. Now that it suggested that someone's right to own an assault rifle be taken away I make the same argument.

The government has a right to have any kind of list they choose. When people are being denied rights based on their name being on a list that is when we must have a provision for due process.

What I don't understand is why Republicans cannot write a bill that prohibits people on the no-fly list from attaining an assault rifle unless they have gone through a court hearing which determines whether or not there was probable cause for them to be on the list in the first place.

Desh... you could eliminate every gun from the face of the earth and you will still have people that kill their neighbors, commit crimes, etc...

Did you happen to notice that there were also dozens of pipe bombs confiscated in the attack in CA? Some on scene, others at the suspects home? Guns are not evil. Some people who use guns ARE. You can take away all of the guns and you will still have people who are willing to kill/maim others.

WE MUST HAVE MORE COMPREHENSIVE PIPE BOMB LAWS.

So Republicans are OK with denying your right to equal protection if you're gay, but not OK with denying your right to own a bazooka if you're a terrorist, did I get that right?

In this thread you have made this or similar comments and I would like to challenge you to provide verification that anyone WANTS a terrorists to own a bazooka.
To help understand your reasoning, can you please explain when someone goes from an ordinary citizen, to being a terrorist?

I'm sure everyone will understand if you aren't able to or just refuse to make the distinction.

That is a massive pile of Liberal bile; but I am not suprised you're stupid and gullible enough to lap that kool-aid up.

How many on the no fly list would have hijacked a plane?
You have no idea. Though you will pretend you do.
Still you are onboard with the NRA jihad against America.
You love to see terrorists kill Americans.

More lunatic stupidity; you're quite full of it aren't you retard?

No, I think the Congress should pass a provision for due process in case someone finds themselves on this list. I've been arguing that since the Bush administration.

Why don't your Emperor Obama do it by edict...he bypasses Congress for just about everything else....maybe because its obviously unconstitutional and he knows it.

Are you implying that 'flying' is a constitutional right ? If so, show us that amendment.

Not true. we all witnessed your giddy delight as the news unfolded, that the murders were committed by radical islamic terrorist You posted over and over how you had won and liberals lost.

...as opposed by the giddy delight when news reports initially claimed they were a bunch of white guys?

The right to travel is Constitutional.

...yet, you believe arbitrary no-fly lists are credible enough to prevent you from exercising your second amendment rights to buy a gun? You’re quite full of irony; but that is a permanent state Liberals always find themselves in defending their failed ideological agendas.

Republicans have affectively said that they believe terrorists are more deserving of constitutional rights then someone who happens to be a homosexual.

Wrong; they said that Christians should not be fined and locked up for not wanting to cater gay weddings. Weddings are not a Constitutional right dumbfuck.

You can't even lie half way decent; I thought that was a prerequisite for law school?

I am pretty sure that is what no-fly lists are doing. Yet you've been arguing that being on that arbitrary list without due process should prevent you from exercising your second amendment rights as well.

You can't remember what lie you are on at any given time can you?
