No fly lists are arbitrary and do not include a hearing with the person listed to allow them to argue their guilt or lack thereof.
Arbitrary no fly lists are no more effective in protecting us than all the DHS security inspections at airports.
So where is this list of "no-fly list" suspects that have actually purchased as gun and committed crimes? Still searching for it?

I haven't read through 10 pages of posts on what is essentially just another moronic rant by obama, so forgive me if I'm being repetitive, but maybe someone can walk me through this. What scenario are we concerned about here? A muslim terrorist is put on the no-fly list so he LEGALLY purchases a firearm from a gun store? Under the same name on the no-fly list? Now, I consider muslim terrorists to be the democrats of the middle east, i.e. they're low information, and they want to control everyone and everything through failed policies and they're full of hate, but are they really THAT stupid? This is not what happened in San Bernardino, and I have never heard of it before. The only scenario I find even remotely feasible is a Christian white supremacist who finds himself on the list and buys a(nother) gun legally just to flip the bird at the government. So what's going to work? Should we "sporterize" the "assault" weapons again like clinton did? How about those 10 round magazines? Loved those, really taught me to reload faster and more efficiently.
