Let's just repeal all self defense laws. There was nothing wrong with the common sense definition of self defense in common law, man's attempt to reinterpret it has just lead to idiocy. Stand your ground is a non-self-defense law, not a self defense law.

Why do you have a problem with the concept 'Innocent until Proven Guilty'? Why should the burden of proof be on the State if you say nothing, but be on you, the defendant, if you claim self defense?

Why does innocent until proven guilty not apply to black kids walking down the street? Why do they have to be judged and executed by people who make themselves judge, jury, and executioner like Zimmerman, tyrants in a limited sphere? Why do you hate justice and liberty, and support the tyranny of the individual and abolition of justice, law, and everything that is good and pure in the world?
 
To you, there is no innocent until proven guilty, no defense, no equality before the law, just someone who wants to kill someone else for no reason but their own sadistic pleasure, like Zimmerman, and the person they want to kill, who has no rights and who's thoughts are worthy of no consideration, no law, no justice. You hate liberty, you hate justice, you hate freedom, you are a wannabe tyrant, just like all libertarian-fascists.

they don't get executed. But if they start beating the shit out of people, then they should expect a response. If the person they start beating the shit out of it has a gun, they can expect to get shot. If they don't want to get shot, they should refrain from beating the shit out of people without cause.

Because there being two kinds of justice in America.....white/"monied" justice and minority/"un-monied" justice, "innocent until proven guilty" only applies to the former.

actually there is... there were no signs at all on Martin that he had been hit by Zimmerman. NONE. There were ample signs that Martin had beat the shit out of Zimmerman.
