LOL. You're hilarious....and yet, quite boring. I, in fact, have command of the English language, and able to distinguish between "where" and "were". LOLHold the presses; I was always under the impression that perhaps a doctorate degree, an IQ over 140, an expert in a field, etc. were qualifications and characteristics of competence, education, informed, perhaps sane, and useful. Now I find out those highly desirable attributes are measured and obtained by how many posts one makes on an Internet forum. That explains why I was mistaken about your grammar being on the level of a learning disabled and dyslexic muskrat. Apparently with your myriad posts, you have advanced beyond mere mortals, and muskrats, and simplified English to the point of whatever a finger touches on a keyboard is now proper English. A person of your X and Y chromosome confusion certainly brings new meaning to the term "Queen's English."
And sometimes someone just uses a picture they like for an avatar, just as you rape the English language with each keystroke because you: 1. Like it. 2. Overcome with ignorance. 3. Or both.
Man, I like some of these new guys. They certainly have the JPP spirit.
I know I have intimidated certain individuals when they can't debate, but immediately jump to ad hominem attacks, and turn into armchair psychologists (as if!).
33 posts are not enough to qualify one as competent, sane, educated, informed, or useful. Best to sit back and listen, rather than to open one's mouth (or type one's thoughts), and remove all doubt as one being thought a fool.

You certainly are an intellectual powerhouse; I have read that Superman’s powers actually came from his prenatal two-million plus posts on Kryptonite’s Just Plain Jor-el internet forum. Now that is not boring.
It is with heavy heart that I must address your catachrestic and solecistic abuse of the English language, you know, with all your posts and all. But the improper use of an ellipsis is one thing, but the use of a four dot ellipsis; well that is a grammar felony. You may have command of muskrat language, and that is debatable, but there is a difference between a typo and a misspelled word here and there without taking the time to edit posts. But since you obviously take the time during your work release program to edit your posts...hang on a second…ok, I am back; I was interrupted by my pet muskrat alerting me that in your brief two sentence declaration, you have made seven grammar errors. Since this is a forum, not a text message conduit, “LOL” is not proper grammar; incorrect use of an ellipsis; incorrect type of ellipsis used incorrectly: four dots are at the end of a sentence; no “I” and “am” before “able”; quotation mark before a comma; and another “LOL” and no stopping punctuation. That is a 25% grammar error rate, and my muskrat has worked up to only 19% grammar error rate and he only has 21 posts on the Just Plain Muskrat forum.

[h=2]On the Internet and in text messaging[/h] The ellipsis is a non-verbal cue that is often used in computer-mediated interactions, in particular in synchronous genres, such as chat. The reason behind its popularity is the fact that it allows people to indicate in writing several functions:
Although an ellipsis is technically complete with three periods (...), its rise in popularity as a "trailing-off" or "silence" indicator, particularly in mid-20th-century comic strip and comic book prose writing, has led to expanded uses online. Today, extended ellipsis anywhere from two to dozens of periods have become common constructions in Internet chat rooms and text messages. The extent of repetition in itself might serve as an additional contextualization or paralinguistic cue, to "extend the lexical meaning of the words, add character to the sentences, and allow fine-tuning and personalization of the message"http://encyclopedia.tfd.com/Ellipsis#cite_note-13
- the sign of ellipsis can function as a floor holding device, and signal that more is to come, for instance when people break up longer turns in chat[SUP]http://encyclopedia.tfd.com/Ellipsis#cite_note-9[/SUP]
- dot-dot-dot can be used systematically to enact linguistic politeness, for instance indicating topic change or hesitation[SUP]http://encyclopedia.tfd.com/Ellipsis#cite_note-10[/SUP]
- suspension dots can be Turn construction unit to signal silence, for example when indicating disagreement, disapproval or confusion [SUP]http://encyclopedia.tfd.com/Ellipsis#cite_note-11[/SUP]

Superman is a pedestrian fictional character.....so you actually read nothing of the kind. And uh, I claim "poetic license" for my punctuation. Moving on. Muskrat? Another racist slur? You're easy. And your excuse for your misspelling elementary words is "you're too busy", and couldn't be bothered??????????????????? LOLOLOLOLOL. White privilege on parade. Work release program? Another slur and allude to personal information. Nice going mods, as you stand there, idle, while a forum member is, yet again, "slandered".
You're all the way up to 35 posts, Vlad....talk to me again, when you reach 5,000. Until then, placing you on ignore. Ciao.
P.S. Cave Johnson???????????? Your bitch ass had the audacity to thank his post, which you should be above, as a objective mod? Slime. Hypocrite.
After suffering from my retinas being scorched and having blisters raised upon my visual cortex from reading your miniature screed with forty-four grammar errors, lacking a proper medical device to reach my visual cortex to seek relief by scratching, I could only lie down and stare at pictures of sandpaper and fingernails in hope of relief. But I am back now.
Poetic license serves a purpose of certain construction of prose or verse to reach a desired effect by the writer; poetic license is not to be used as camouflage for illiteracy.
I must confess the use of the word “muskrat” was insensitive of me. I was reading a history book the other day and remember some very somber history regarding muskrats and blacks. One of the most audible words remembered at the scene where King was shot by James Earl Ray shouting out the words “kill that muskrat” right before squeezing the trigger. And at the Rodney King trial, he testified that while the police that were massaging him with their batons, they were screaming at the top of their lungs “beat that muskrat.” And who can forget what Johnny Cochran said at the O.J. trial, “if the muskrat does not fit, you must acquit.” And let’s not forget one of the darkest eras in this country when the KKK wore muskrat lined robes, and muskrat lined hoods. So I can understand your sensitivity to the word “muskrat.” But then again, you could just be another run of the mill race baiting windbag who sees racism under every rock, behind every door, and under every bunk in a prison.
White privilege you say. You are aware that someone of your stature cannot be slandered, right? First it has to be a lie, it has to be spoken, and you have to show damages. Now if someone wants to step up and attest to your character and that you were damaged by having the truth thrown on you like boiling molasses while you screamed like a nine year old prepubescent girl, that is another story, and one of an interesting back-story I am sure.
Oh my God; surely you are not putting me on the legendary poet ignore list. The list where everyone is on ignore, but through divine intervention, you are still able to read ignored posts and comment on them. Praise the Lord.

For the most part, you are, you sick fuck. All you have is the power to ban....I spit on you.We should all be so lucky as to be ignored by Poet.
thats completely irrelevent to my point. Why wasnt she afforded the same level of reasonabe doubt as Zimmy and why arent they defe ding her right to defend herself and how could they not be outraged at such a grossly dispropotionate sentence? Why is her case so different thar when Zimmy kills a black kid they reflexively jump to his aid but when a black woman fires a warning shot in self defense and hurts no one ther aer ok with a 20 year sentence?
There is a legal maxim in UK legal circles, "hard cases make bad law".
But if you must bring up race.....
According to the United States Department of Justice: Blacks accounted for 52.5% of homicides, whites 45.3%
and Blacks are only about 30% of the population....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Race_and_crime_in_the_United_States
Wow. That's rich. And what % Of the Department of Justice is white????? I'd say 95%. What would you say?
In other words....not credible.
