Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be searched.​


The definition is pretty standard as well; note the bold words do not apply to Zimmerman or Martin's race, shooting an unarmed man, dead, self-defence, or 911 calls:

Where you raised a feral child by psychotic and racist llamas?

Those are pretty bold statements, and I am sure you will provide your audience with the laws Holder must enforce and the racial breakdown of the authors of the legislation so you are not mistaken for a prevaricating windbag.

I'm going out in a limb and state that the type you have dealt with either had white coats and were trying to retrofit you into a straight jacket, or a law enforcement uniform and reading you your Miranda Rights; I am neither.

Didn't you say you were a biller or clerk in the medical field? What type of pension does that pay? Or was it an amateur proctologist?

So it is the number of posts one accumulates that equates to intelligence you say. So if I post, say like, 50,000 posts this week, I will have increased my IQ to 200?
