there are several options.....first of all, who decides it is morally right to fertilize multiple eggs and place some in cold storage in the first place?........next, make unused fertilized eggs available for adoption......

I am with Top on this. My niece actually told me about some sex educaton bullshit she had in her school. Both her and her best friend were completely flummoxed. It sounded very much to me like abstinence only, disguised as abstinence plus. They were both left with the absolute impression that you get std's from having sex. Just from having sex. That sex causes them. And neither person has to have an STD, you just create it by having sex together. How do you like that shit? They were also told that condoms don't work. I almost had a heart attack.

One of the many things I informed them of was that any woman who only has sex with one man should be institutionalized. And that sex was a pleasure for women, and you do it when you want to , with whom you want to, because YOU want to. Not because anyone else wants you to, or doesn't want you to. You own your body. And it is not shameful at all. Oh, I destroyed all the damage those sick bastards did that afternoon, I can tell you that. I also felt incredibly good that they came to me. No one else, I guess they were embarrassed.

You see, when you look at the big picture, you can see that the anti-choice people are not really about saving fetus's, its about oppression, subjugation and growing the ranks of those who fill the pews on Sunday.

The more children born to young and uneducated parents the more dependent families become on the Church and thus the more power the church has. The Churches NEED more births to uneducated and dependent families for continued survival. If you let people have less kids and more time for education and higher thinking, the church becomes more and more illrelevant.

I worked with a guy that was educated in a fundamentalist christian school. They were taught that HIV, Syphilis Gonorrhea, herpes, all STD's could go through the condom. That there were tiny pores in latex that let viruses through because viruses are even smaller. To his credit, once I showed him that he had been misinformed, he called his former principal and confronted him for lying. The principal told him that if they had to lie to kids so they would remain a virgin, god understood.
