Well, I think you’re talking about the Hypocratic Oath lol.

HIPAA applies to anyone in healthcare with patient contact and/or has access to medical records. When I was working I could get fired for talking to a neighbor about John Doe’s surgery. It’s strictly enforced.

I don’t see how they are going to get around that law if they plan on forcing us to reveal our medical history just to get on airplane.

It doesn’t make any damned sense anyway. If you are vaccinated, why do you care if you’re seated next to someone who isn’t? What was the point in taking it if the vaccine doesn’t protect you?

The people who haven’t taken it—the risk is all on them. Don’t want to be seated next to another unvaccinated person? Get the vaccine. It’s just another attempt at government over reach.

LOL no one is forcing you to do anything. Flying on a plane is not a right. Don't give them your information, don't get on the plane. Easy as that.

Unless you can assure me that a) I cannot spread the virus after I've been vaccinated and b) the vaccine is 100% effective, you are wrong. Again. What a shock.
