Your papers, please

I admit that if a trumpanzee like yourself were dragged away, no one would be stepping on my toes.

^Another Good DemoKKKrat.

And while I have no idea what a "trumpanzee" is (maybe you should say "die Ausrottung des Trumpanzeen Volkes" for the full effect), I'm not even a Trump supporter, so you're an extraordinary bigot AND moron; that's quite the Nazi one-two combo.

:pussyhat:

I really do not think HIPAA says what you think it says.

Irrelevant anyway. It’s against federal law for anyone to require vaccination from an unvetted vaccine.

under federal law, individuals must be given the "option to accept or refuse" products approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through Emergency Use Authorization — like the three available coronavirus vaccines. That point was reiterated in August by Dr. Amanda Cohn, who sits on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

They give you a card that has your appointment schedule and what vaccine you got and what your dosage was. Then you get it laminated. It immediately takes away all your rights. I am not sure how, but I guess it did. If they discover that one of the vaccines has a short life span and you need a booster, the card will show that. Then you will be able to get one. That takes away so many of your rights.

They are all about their 'rights' but are uninterested in having any accountability for their actions. That's because they are, to a person, lazy, selfish and stupid.

I'm not clear how that has ANYTHING to do with what we're talking about. You don't have to get the vaccine. However, it's very likely that in order to travel on a plane for example, you will have to prove you did get the vaccine. That is not a violation of HIPAA, or of the Constitution, or of anything.

Two different things.
. You don't have to get the vaccine.
Of course not. Nobody has to get any vaccine for anything. .

It’s unvetted. Until it’s vetted there is no chance it will be required to board a plane unless federal law is changed.

Ah, no. The airlines are private companies, and they have the right to deny service to anyone they choose. There is no Federal Law or Constitutional requirement that you are allowed to board an airplane.

Ah, no. The airlines are private companies,
And heavily regulated by the FAA. Anyway neither you or I are lawyers and even if we were we’d be arguing on different legalities. This is uncharted territory.
The only thing for sure at this time is there is no restriction on travel for the unvaccinated . We shall see. :dunno:

Correct. You can voluntarily give your health information to whoever you want.

For instance, if a school requires a vaccine to attend it, the HIPAA has no problem with you voluntarily giving that medical information to the school. Even if the alternative is not going to that school, that is considered voluntarily. HIPAA is not some magical Alt Right gets to do whatever it wants law.
