HIPAA would have to be repealed.
I really do not think HIPAA says what you think it says.

^What many non-Jews said when their Jewish neighbors were dragged off to death camps in Nazi Germany...
I admit that if a trumpanzee like yourself were dragged away, no one would be stepping on my toes.

under federal law, individuals must be given the "option to accept or refuse" products approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through Emergency Use Authorization — like the three available coronavirus vaccines. That point was reiterated in August by Dr. Amanda Cohn, who sits on the U.S. Centers for Disease Control Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

They give you a card that has your appointment schedule and what vaccine you got and what your dosage was. Then you get it laminated. It immediately takes away all your rights. I am not sure how, but I guess it did. If they discover that one of the vaccines has a short life span and you need a booster, the card will show that. Then you will be able to get one. That takes away so many of your rights.
Irrelevant anyway. It’s against federal law for anyone to require vaccination from an unvetted vaccine.
Two different things.. I'm not clear how that has ANYTHING to do with what we're talking about.
Of course not. Nobody has to get any vaccine for anything.. You don't have to get the vaccine.
That’s what I’m talking about.. , it's very likely that in order to travel on a plane for example, you will have to prove you did get the vaccine.
It’s unvetted. Until it’s vetted there is no chance it will be required to board a plane unless federal law is changed.. , That is not a violation of HIPAA, or of the Constitution, or of anything.

And heavily regulated by the FAA. Anyway neither you or I are lawyers and even if we were we’d be arguing on different legalities. This is uncharted territory.Ah, no. The airlines are private companies,
Correct. You can voluntarily give your health information to whoever you want.
