I don’t know if I will or not.

When I worked, flu vaccines were mandated. Also had to have the Hep vaccine. No choice. Oddly, they aren’t mandating the COVID vaccine which kind of surprised me.

Must be a liability thing.

I still wouldn't take it when they force me, on principle. My body, my right. Let me make the decision.

But the government can’t keep you out of a concert. Under HIPAA, an individual’s medical records are protected by federal law.

Whether or NOT you’ve been vaccinated is part of your medical records. They are either going to have to repeal HIPAA or conjure some ‘imaginative work around’.

I wouldn’t put the latter past them.

Most likely, there’s no harm in it and for people in the high risk categories the risk/benefit makes it a no brainer in my mind. I’m in kind of a grey area on account of my age but if I was 30 something, no way.

They have spent decades warming the frog up. Many of us have warned about this coming storm but we were told we were crazy.

Donald Trump was the singular existential threat to their designs.

They have to do a full frontal assault now.

I’ll grant you’re outside of the box on this lol.

There’s outright paranoia about the vaccine and there’s simply recognizing the fact it /they have been expedited in a way no other vaccines have. I’m in the latter group.

‘Freedom says’ each individual should decide for themselves whether to take or not. If one thinks they are at serious risk from COVID, by all means, they should get vaccinated. If I had several comorbidities I would absolutely take it.

I don’t, so I’m taking a wait and see approach.

sorry but you are wrong.......doctors take the HIPAA oath.......the government doesn't have your medical records and they are not doctors so there is no oath taken for them to violate......it is no different than requiring a fee and birth certificate for a marriage license......"you don't want to give us your birth certificate and $25?.......Okay.......Bye"............"you don't want to give us proof you've been vaccinated?......Okay......Bye".........
