Since you have been cheering the economic loss to millions of Americans caused by a Chinese virus that was not contained by the Chinese, why would anyone care what your opinion is, Snowflake?
We have no idea how many this virus will kill.
I have seen worst case scenarios, but I am withholding judgement until more information and data is forthcoming

BTW. they recently announced that new cases have declined and it had nothing to do with testing. They closed their borders and banned public gatherings.

What leftists won't tell you is that that ""4%" figure is an estimate, and it's the highest estimate they can find.
Public-health scientists say the real death rate is probably lower. U.S. health officials suggested in an article in the New England Journal of Medicine that the death rate could be well below 1%. Other estimates have ranged between 1% and 2%.
Studies suggest there are also people who were infected but had no symptoms.
“We don’t know the proportion of mild or asymptomatic cases,” Marc Lipsitch, professor of epidemiology at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and director of the Center for Communicable Disease Dynamics, said .
Epidemiologists say they are certain there are many more people who were infected but didn’t receive a test—because they weren’t ill enough to get one.

Who says it won't disappear? That's exactly what happened to SARS and MERS, which are both corona type viruses. Maybe you can explain why there wasn't this level of hysteria over the H3N2 virus in 2017 that killed 80,000 and hospitalised 900,000 in the US? This was only two years ago so why has that been forgotten so quickly?
