Also, Israel is a really unfair comparison! They are literally surrounded by people who want to kill them and have been dealing with terrorist attacks since 1948. Remember the Lod Airport Masacre, or the 1972 Munich Olympics? You actually need soldiers at all public areas in Israel.

You're 50 years out of date. The Israeli fascists slaughter Palestinians weekly, particularly children and lately journalists, imprison them without trials, torture them and bulldoze their homes.
