Correct, a right that is not unlimited. The case lists a few examples of valid limits. If Texas did the unheard of and passed a law setting an age threshold of 21 for the right to be exercised, what do you think the Vegas odds would be it’s being upheld.

If they had LOCKED THE BACK DOOR (as it is "required" to be, and HAD AN ARMED , TRAINED OFFICER AT THE ONLY ENTRANCE BESIDES THE$ BACK DOOR (which they ALSO were supposed to have, but didn't) it would never have happened like it did.
