Agreed, but as RB, Duck Shit, Diesel and a few others continually prove, not everyone even bothers looking for it. They just post whatever bullshit flows into their brain housing.

Surely you are not conjecturing that this thread is anything but dead-serious and fact-based.
I wanted to stay in touch with just how this is affecting our nation. No fooling oneself, no white-washing. What are the numbers?
If we are not willing to look at them, THAT is a problem.
If these statistics are bothersome, that's the point. They should be. We have done an atrocious job. It did not have to be this bad.
This thread also establishes a searchable record. We can easily go and see when the surges have been. That can be matched up with leadership decisions.
There's nothing like straight up data to cut through the BS political arguments.
And I suspect that is why some try to grumble about this thread.

923 of every million Americans we had when this began, are now dead.
Looks to me that we will surpass 1000 deaths for every million Americans before Christmas.
That will make it 1 in a 1000 Americans lost.
Leadership must be questioned about that.

There are many horrendous crimes committed by American presidents that pseudo-patriots don't want mentioned, loss of American lives in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan etc.- but nobody ever imagined that an American president could lose more American lives than those - on the US mainland.
