The article lays out exactly how trump responded to the virus, and that's why people are criticizing him. We don't need false reassurances, just the straight facts.
Who says it won't disappear? That's exactly what happened to SARS and MERS, which are both corona type viruses. Maybe you can explain why there wasn't this level of hysteria over the H3N2 virus in 2017 that killed 80,000 and hospitalised 900,000 in the US? This was only two years ago so why has that been forgotten so quickly?

No doubt about it
I could start by saying that Obama didn't lie like a rug about the virus. We trusted what he said because he didn't have a pattern of dishonesty, ranting and blame.
Disappear "like a miracle" are trump's words. Most epidemics follow a curve, they don't just disappear.

The "article" is overt opinionated partisan political propaganda riddled with suggestive supposition, imagined interpretations, and false conclusions that would make Dr. Goebbels blush with shame, dear Duchess.
You claimed to need "straight facts". Remember?![]()

Please provide me with the straight facts by taking all of the claims in #69 and refuting them one by one, darling Duke.
The article lays out exactly how trump responded to the virus.
I was looking it up and the CDC said that variant dominated the 2014-15 flu season, so it wasn't novel in 2017.
If you're not a health expert or you haven't studied viruses or illness or pandemics thoroughly & extensively: please stop. You don't know anything. Just stop. You don't know anything. I don't either. No one really does.
It’s the ‘appeal to authority’ ploy.
The media consults only those authorities that confirm the narrative. Any counter authority opinions are marginalized or labeled cranks or conspiracy theorists.
And yes, Lenin would be proud.
When the subject matter is science, demanding science is not a "ploy."

We do know what is happening in China, Italy and Spain, however. It's not a happy prospect.

Inaction by the President for two months leads to what would have been overreaction by local, state, and national authorities. That's how it has evolved. If he did his job then, we wouldn't have to do this much now.
