yup tough shit. not my problem. if there comes a day I will fall on my sword. You wouldn't rob a liquor store for cash to pay your bills, using coercion through the government is the same thing morally. I am principled and don't compromise on my fundamental beliefs. I know most liberals are hypocrites and self serving, you don't have to tell me that.

He's now broke, filed for bankruptcy and on disability thanks to our current fucked up pay or suffer system.

Amen and I am so sorry. I am thankful we didn't have to file bankruptcy, but we carry more debt than we had planned at this point. In four years we should see the light at the end of the tunnel if we stay healthy. My operation on my knees cost me, out of pocket, $6,000, so far and I still haven't gotten the final bills! Talk about being raped and we have good insurance, it use to be better, but I am thankful for what we have got.

Insurance doesn't cover it all, one medication I had cost $983.00 for a months supply. Chemo is outrageous and you have to see a doctor every week, then monthly then every three months and then every six months, I am finally five years out and after this next appointment I won't have to see him for a whole year. It is insane the costs involved when you have cancer, and I had stage two!
