in this case you are not at all good with objectivity. you call him a murderer, yet, you do not know all the facts. you call him a racist, yet, you do not know all the facts.

i don't know what to believe in this case. all i have to go on is speculation. at least i can admit that and not convict him based on speculation.

agreed. I'm about 30 miles from where this happened, near Orlando.
EVERY DAY something is in the Orlando Sentinel -same as rthe Casey Anthony case. But with the Casey Anthony case there wasn't SO much pre-trail statements released.
I still don't understand why the judge doesn't gag rule everyone on this.

If she personally heard racist statements I do not believe that is hearsay. Hearsay would be her testifying that a third party heard the statements and told her about it. But I am not a lawyer. If zimmerman's brother's statements that he is not a racist are relevant then so are hers. Period.

I think those are issues that only become relevent in the sentencing phase if he's convicted. If he is convicted of 2nd degree murder or manslaughter than the fact that he's accused as both a child molester and a racist could have bearing on his sentencing. Not sure on that though as I don't know how Florida sentencing guidelines work.
