Um... it is not heresay if she is telling what happened to her directly. Which she is for the most part. Her testimony on the other woman that refused to come forward should have been struck from what was released as that is indeed heresay.
 
also why are these statements being released? It's ASKING for a mistrail, or better put - impossible to find an impartial jury.
The judge and DA shoudn't allow this pre-trail, i wuildn't even allow testimony - these stteaments are not even apropos to the case?

This is seriously fucked up, i want justice -however the scales tip, you can't do it with hearsay testimony, and pre-trail release of so called" evidence" which this is not.

The lawyers have already asked that the judge be excused; because of comments made taht could be seen as being biased.

The continual release of all this info is going to completely open this case up to being untrialable; because of the prejudicial information.
What gets me is that to many people automatically accept and believe anything presented; all the while not taking into account that sometimes an accuser just wants attention themself.

This "revelation" will never be allowed in the matter; because it has nothing to do with this situation.
All the accusing parties know this and it's just adding fuel to an already viotle situation.
But then; the Duke LaCross players were labeled as racists also.

Ok good point, but it's still unsubstantiated. She could be telling the truth, she could be making it up. I haven't followed this all that closely -but is there any suporting evidence? or just testimony?

Without supporting evidence of SOME kind, it's worthless testimony.

Maybe we have a different understanding of murdering a young boy armed with a bag of Skittles.

Maybe we have a different view of the POLICE telling a wannabe cop to back off pursuit of a young black man who threatened NO ONE.

What the evidence clearly demonstrates is that Trayvon Martin died because he was black .. else the Zimmerbeast would not have been following him.

A lot of statements have been released. Did it bother you when they released statements from his family talking about what a wonderful guy he is and how much he loved black people and wouldn't hurt a fly?

This is extremely inflammatory, I understand that. I am not the judge and was not present in the court room, nor do I have ANY legal training whatsoever.

I am commenting on the woman's statement. The part about her breaking down during her statement, this was hard to read. What you got out of it was not what I got out of it.

No legal training here either, but i can't follow why any of these pre-trail statemenat are being released.
What legal purpose do they serve?

Yes the woman's statement was horrifying, but where is the evidence to support ? Why is she being questioned?
I really haven't followed this all that much, it's so racial charged and polarizing, all the more reason to not release any of this -including statement s the Zimm ''"wouldn't hurt a fly"

YOU have obviously made the decision to support Zimmerbeast no matter what the evidence demonstrates. You didn't even know the police told Zimmerthing to back off.

It was also an accurate depiction of the liberal mindset on this. Plus it must have been sharper then I realized; seeing as how it appears to have cut deep.

I've made the DECISION to wait and see what EVIDENCE is presented at court and what occurs during the trial.
Now you're lying; because I never said the Police didn't tell something to Zimmerman. I just asked you to show your understanding of when this occured and what happened after the statement.
It appears that you have realized that your allegation doesn't hold water and now you want to distance yourself from it.

As to the Duke case...............; hmmm it could appear that you still thnk they are guilty.

I gave up arguing with them shortly after it first happened too. There's no point to it and thankfully the wheels of justice ate now turning. They can't stop it so they are reaally irrelevant.

They told him and Zimmerman was retreating back to his car; before the hoodie wearing drug dealing, thug Martin assaulted him.

Remember that a true gallows noose must have 13 wraps; because I wouldn't want you to make a mistake.
