The NAVY is scrapping a whole class of ships that have only been used for a few years, like 5 or sometimes less, because they dont work and cant be fixed and would be eliminated instantly in contact with the enemy.

But given how corrupt America is it is not clear that the elites consider this a failure....the point is military spending not having a competent military.
 
Interesting....several people I listen too say that the Pentagon Elites just in the last month or so went to the White House with the message "Do not get into a war with Russian and/or China, because we would surely lose".

The Soviet Union (USSR) was formed on December 30, 1922. The USSR was created by a treaty between Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Transcaucasia (modern Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan). The four republics that formed the USSR were:

Ukraine was its own republic and even had its own lanuage.

Wow. You really are a HS dropout. Even a GED would have taught you that we received considerable help from both the French and the Atlantic Ocean. Israel got their weapons from us since, like Ukraine, it served the interests of the United States to have an allie in the area.

Ukraine was a indecent republic when is joined the USSR and stayed in the USSR until it was dissolved. Ukraine was part of Poland
Poland was the first foreign country to recognize Ukraine's state independence.
