BULL SHIT. The President determines policy. If the President wishes to assign someone outside of the bureaucracy to assist in the conduct of that policy, it is his prerogative.

It is not the decision of faceless bureaucrats. It is not the decision of Nancy Pelosi. It is not the decision of Adam Schiff. It is certainly not the decision for the House of Representatives.

If Zelensky told the truth, would that have helped him get the missile? Really rightys, he was a brand new president and was dealing with the most powerful man in the world who was withholding the help congress passed for Ukraine. If he would have said Trump was pressuring him, and it is obvious that Trump was, he was risking a half trillion in aid. Trump withheld the aid to pressure Zelensky into doing him an illegal and unethical favor. That is a lot of pressure.
