Their legal expert "judge" Napolitano says differently.

So now you agree with Napolitano? I am willing to bet you're wrong snowflake. Napolitano also. But alas, you're nothing more than a whiny twat lawyer wannabe with too much time on your hands.

Do you have EVIDENCE? Remember how the edwards case turned out? At least lay out a theory of the crime that has occurred here. I would not be very surprised if this was not the first time Trump has done this, why would he "willfully and knowingly" dip into campaign funds to do something like this? Any scheme you can come up with is going to be much more convoluted and dangerous than simply reaching into his own pocket, which is not a crime

He did not "dip into campaign funds".

Trump directed The Inquirer to pay money, in order to help the campaign, to specific women to keep affairs quiet in the weeks before the election.

When money changes hands to help a campaign it is a campaign contribution. 1) The Amount makes it an illegal campaign contribution 2) The fact that it was not reported makes it an illegal campaign contribution.

The fact that Trump directed it... he was implicated.

Simple as that.

Stupid my dear is pretending that collusion isnt a crime. You bought that shit, hook, line and sinker.

I'm sorry, where is collusion in the criminal code snowflake? I think it is sad and pathetic that you are stupid enough to think that Hillary lost because of the Russians. You really are THAT fucking brain dead.

52 USC 30109: "Any person who knowingly&willfully commits a violation of any provision...which involves the making, receiving,or reporting of any contribution, donation,or expenditure...aggregating $25000 or more...shall be fined...or imprisoned for not more than 5 years, or both"

What's a "feliny"? Does it involve cats?

Once again, convoluted and VERY dangerous! What happened to cohen making the payments and getting reimbursed by Trump? What happened to cohen setting up shell companies to move the money? So you're SURE now, that this is the way it went down? Trump "directed" a GOSSIP rag to pay out hush money to stormy fuckin' daniels! Money that was POCKET CHANGE to him! And this is a "FACT" to you??? Something that you have evidence of?? Let's break it down here and examine it(now this is pure conjecture on my part, I evidently don't have the "facts"):
>Candidate Trump has a problem. He boinked a porn star and a playboy centerfold a decade ago. This is a loose end that must be tied up quickly! He begins to plan!

>He starts pacing back and forth, because it helps him think. His first plan is probably the simplest: Tell his pet rat cohen to pay the ladies off, and he will reimburse him later! Yeah! that's the ticket! Simple and elegant!...and at this point, he slips on a greasy half-eaten McDonald's cheeseburger and hits his head on a statue of himself

>He wakes up hours later, and can't remember his plan! So he comes up with another even more brilliant plan! He remembers that in 2007, the National Enquirer exposed jonathan edward's affair and payments to his mistress! So he calls them up and "directs" them to make payments to HIS ladies! Yeah! That'll work! A gossip magazine would NEVER expose his secret!

Is that how it went down?
