Well if you use the average from your source he's 10th worst.
You'd better check your math. Except for one outlier, the best number he got out of 43 was a ranking of 32

Hell no and he never was. Not in my lifetime. No way Shrub was worse than Nixon.
Now if you believe what professional historians say, and who would be so silly as to believe anyone who actually has professional expertise on a topic? The four worst U.S. Presidents are generally considered James Buchanan, Warren G. Harding, Andrew Johnson and Franklin Pierce.

To me, it matters less as to whether Shrub is fifth worst or ninth worst in history.
The question bothering me, is what kind of major political party in a western democracy nominates people like Tricky Dick, Spiro Agnew, George Dumbya, Dan Quayle, Dick Cheney, Sarah Palin, and Donald J. Drumpf.? That is without even mentioning the impeachable crimes of Raygun for illegally selling American weapons to the Ayatollahs of Iran and illegally financing a civil war in central America.
I mean, that uninterrupted record of abject, relentless failure, ineptitude, and criminality is just within one lifetime for many of us on this board! What the fuck is wrong with the American right wing??

How much, if any, is left of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction and related proscribed items and programmes? So far, UNMOVIC has not found any such weapons, only a small number of empty chemical munitions, which should have been declared and destroyed. Another matter - and one of great significance - is that many proscribed weapons and items are not accounted for. To take an example, a document, which Iraq provided, suggested to us that some 1,000 tonnes of chemical agent were "unaccounted for". One must not jump to the conclusion that they exist. However, that possibility is also not excluded. If they exist, they should be presented for destruction. If they do not exist, credible evidence to that effect should be presented.....
We are fully aware that many governmental intelligence organizations are convinced and assert that proscribed weapons, items and programmes continue to exist. The US Secretary of State presented material in support of this conclusion. Governments have many sources of information that are not available to inspectors. Inspectors, for their part, must base their reports only on evidence, which they can, themselves, examine and present publicly. Without evidence, confidence cannot arise.

I just posted his report and he said nothing of the sort, liar.
If Iraq had provided the necessary cooperation in 1991, the phase of disarmament - under resolution 687 (1991) - could have been short and a decade of sanctions could have been avoided. Today, three months after the adoption of resolution 1441 (2002), the period of disarmament through inspection could still be short, if "immediate, active and unconditional cooperation" with UNMOVIC and the IAEA were to be forthcoming.
To me, it matters less as to whether Shrub is fifth worst or ninth worst in history.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2006 ISSUE
You said it. I'll never forget - I'm tired of righties trying to re-write the history.
As long as we start the worse ever conversation with Obama being #1 worse,
legitimate debate who may be 2 through 4
I wonder if that was what everyone "knew" in 2003......
The only ones who count are the ones who started the war based on lies. Those would be your pack of lying losers.
so here's the thingThat's a pretty irrational, purely partisan viewpoint.
You guys don't like it, but Obama will go down as somewhere in the middle - at worst. The American economy was dire when he took over...in a complete freefall. By the time he left, the market had tripled, and we were almost back to full employment.
He wasn't a great President, but his legacy is much more solid than partisans think.
so here's the thing
I'll leave you speechless
ready
A.What did Obama do that tripled the Stock MArket?
B. What did Obama do to create jobs?
C. What did Obama do to pull us out of the recession?
(((crickets)))
Nah - no crickets. Did you forget about the stimulus package that you guys said would send us into Depression?
It created & saved over 3 million jobs (CBO stats - non partisan). It stopped the freefall so the private sector could take over.
So, no - I'm not speechless, and there are no crickets. Sorry, dude - Obama won't go down as anywhere near the worst Prez. Your guy Bush left us in dire straits, and Obama got us back to normal. The "are you better off today than you were 8 years ago" question was easy for basically any honest American in 2016.
