I sure would like to know how carrying a gun would have helped these 3 women, along with the other 55 innocent people killed, and the 515 people wounded in the Las Vegas assault on the people who attended a C & W concert.

Guns do a lot more damage than good, and every 5th grader knows and understands this!

It doesn't need to make any sense, just repeat hard, fast and often; the american public never learned to think, only to believe and fight.

If that is true, the stupidest thing we could do is arm the public with guns!

But, just like today in Jacksonville, Florida- we have another senseless shooting of innocent people!

I personally think that the American Public is capable of thinking, and a majority of American thinkers want the gun violence to stop, and they want to see sensible gun laws passed in America!

You mean the blacks committing 50 - 55% of the violent crimes are right wing?

If the illegals for which you make excuses weren't were they aren't supposed to be, NONE would be a risk.

Hope one of them negatively affects your family WHEN they commit a crime.

Dude, I let the police department do a lot of things I don't want you to do- and the Police Department does not need or want you to do either- such as own and operate Jails- serve warrants- make arrests- write tickets- and any number of things like carrying guns out in public etc.

I certainly do not trust the public to do these things- nor do I need you to protect me! If I need a cop- I'll call them- not you!

You're "the public" dude. You don't trust yourself? Pitiful state for an American adult to be in. The cops are not there to "protect" you in most instances. They are there to call AFTER you have protected YOURSELF

Dude, let me tell you what liberty is-

Liberty is being able to attend a concert without having to worry about some gun-toting idiot gunning us down!

Liberty is being able to send my grandchildren to kindergarten without having to worry about some gun-toting idiot coming into the classroom and murdering them and everyone else standing in the way.

Liberty is being able to shoot you the finger in traffic for cutting me off, without having to worry about you having a sissy fit and shooting me just because you carry a gun in your car.

Your ideas of liberty and mine probably do not agree!

Perhaps more laws can be written about those types of things and people that would do them will no longer consider it because it says not to on a piece of paper.

obviously they don't agree, but MY ideas of liberty coincide with the founders ideas of liberty, so that makes YOU the wrong one. it makes you the wrong one because you prefer tyranny, not liberty. just accept that you are a totalitarian statist and not after some bullshit idea of freedom.
