Without seeing the charges or evidence…

Tell that to Cohen who got 3 years for the same charges. Trump's are worse because he was in charge and the one who benefitted from the payoffs. You believe Turlley because you want him to be right.

Exactly. Turley has nothing to do with deciding this case. He's paid to kiss conservative ass. Trump was named as an unindicted co-conspirator. That has ALREADY happened. I don't know how exactly that becomes evidence of a crime, but it changes the equation, the misdemeanor charge becomes a felony. Still, this is the least of Trumps problems. Fulton County has him dead to rights, and so does Jack Smith on the mishandling of documents. And January 6th is also looming, along with Trumps rape case. He is SO screwed.

All they need is one lawyer willing to look like an idiot. I remember people on here being like "Sydney Powell wouldn't just throw her career away for no reason" LMAO.

Yep, that was just about the last thing Darth Omar said before he disappeared, likely a victim of Covid.

Without seeing the charges or evidence, how can Republicans not look like fools saying automatically that this is political.

Are they claiming that a former president is automatically above the law?

They have no idea what the evidence shows yet. Hippocrates!

People do this all the time, and it isn't just politics and it isn't just Trump.

A story breaks on the news about some crime,
and 90% of the people already decide on who's guilty or not
without ever having seen one shred of actual evidence.

They also decide on whether a verdict was correct or not, still not having scene a shred of the evidence that the jury saw.

The only think that I haven't determined is whether this is a serious American character flaw
or whether it's a major flaw in all human character.

With one gruesome exception, my experiences overseas were all recreational and I wasn't ever trying to observe
the unique character of the locals because that's not what I do on holiday. I concentrate on having fun, and I usually succeed.
So I don't know. It's us or it's everybody, but it's definitely us.

I watched just about every minute of the OJ murder trial in--what was it--'94 or thereabouts?

I actually SAW all the evidence because court TV had gavel to gavel coverage, and I watched it ALL because it fascinated me.
Being on the West Coast, it started late and I was able to see it all.

My conclusion, which should have been obvious to anybody with a three digit IQ, is that whether Simpson was guilty or not,
he could NOT be convicted due to all the very obvious Police careless and criminality alike in the handling of evidence.

Because it is political nitwit.

Because it is political nitwit.

So Cohen, who got 3 years and millions in fines, was thrown in jail for politics? He simply did the job Trump ordered him to do. The entire Cohen trial was predicated on "person one', who we all knew was Trump. You are stupid, very very stupid.

This literally involved political donations and regulations on reporting political donations

how much more political does it get?

He’s the one who tried to write it off taxes, too.

Do you think CNN wrote off their NDA with Sandman? You can bet they did.

This wasn't a sexual harassment NDA so it is tax deductible if it helps protect the TRUMP brand name. That also makes it legal according to the FEC. This is a nothing burger.

We’ll see what the Grand jury says and if it goes to trial what the verdict is.

You haven't seen it either yet you are certain that he's guilty. I'd point out to how retarded you sound but you're retarded so....

We have seen the charges. Many of them are the same as the Cohen charges. He was person 1 who directed the payoffs and cheated on his taxes. I read Bragg has more in store for the ex-thief in chief.
