Will Trump be Reelected via Electoral College or via 12th Amendment ?

Which part? I'd say he would pass statistics and probability, and you wouldn't.
Too funny. Either you are a Brit or you dropped out of school yourself and never took the SAT.

There are no statistics and probability on the SAT.

However, if you ever want to go toe-to-toe with me on statistical math then bring it on, baby, bring it on. Let's roll.

You don't know the difference between scientific evidence and anecdotal evidence.
Too funny! There is no such thing as scientific evidence. You aren't a scientist. Ask me how I know.

You may be a dullard but you are certainly an entertaining one. You clearly think of yourself as a fuuking genius and yet you have the education level of a dropout. I am going to have great fun toying with you.

Hey, I know, why don't you give everyone a huge laugh and explain in this thread why you believe in Global Warming. Show us all how brilliant you are.

The problem for you is that the default position is Biden won. You get that right?
The problem for you is that you STILL don't understand what it means for the State legislature to have plenary power on the matter, or that the States have not made any final decision that cannot be changed, or that there is no "default position."

You are locked into a painfully misinformed delusion and all I want to know is how you plan to look when you go apoplectic in January and who you have lined up to capture it on video. That's all I'm looking for.

Too funny. I am not making an argument. I extended to you the courtesy of passing along an observation for which you are too blind to see yourself. You could have thanked me.

The election? Yes Biden was trounced in the election. Election fraud committed after the polls closed in six States, however, gave the intended appearance that Biden had miraculously squeaked out a victory.

This is an incontrovertible fact.

... in what delusional Leftist safe-space?

So how will you meltdown in January when Trump is sworn in? Just answer that question. You are obviously insisting that you don't see it coming so you should have a strong handle on how you are going to implode. So ... how exactly?

Six are in heavy dispute, to the point of flipping to Trump outright giving Trump a direct win in the Electoral College, but they might just "abstain" and let Trump win handily via the 12th Amendment.

Please peruse the OP and bring yourself up to speed.

LOL, 'they' have already voted. So they can't abstain. You didn't know this? How sad.

You don't know what plenary means. It means they have absolute independent power over their election process. And that process, in every state, is specified by the state legislature. That process has, in every single state, been followed, the results of that process certified by every single state in the union, and the electoral votes cast. It appears you don't understand English, math, civics, or probabilities. I know, maybe Tic-Tac-Toe is more your speed.

Besting you is a low bar. Any competent sixth grader could destroy you in this particular 'debate'.

ROTFLFMAO!!! No, you just never took it. This really IS going to be fun.

"Other questions may ask you to estimate the probability of an event, employing different approaches, rules, or probability models. Special attention is given to the notion of conditional probability, which is tested using two-way tables and in other ways."

Now, what are the odds that you admit your mistake? I'd put them at zero. You are a joke.

The plain fact is this vote has never resulted in an overthrow of a single state vote. This is a red wet dream based on nothing. If a state vote comes out differently than recorded, they have a couple of minute talk and put it back where it was. If there is still a dispute, they vote on it. That has never happened, but there are more Dems in the house. https://www.npr.org/2020/12/22/949134479/congress-role-in-election-results-heres-what-happens-jan-6

And that isn't even what he's proposing. I don't think he is anyway, he keeps talking about State Legislatures, and plenary powers. He doesn't even understand the basics of the process, obviously. But what you're saying might explain why he thinks this could happen. He is mixing up state legislatures with state delegations in the House. And he is confusing the 12th Amendment process with Congressional certification. It's a total shit stew in his brain.

LOL, 'they' have already voted.
Too funny. You are blissfully wandering through Leftist-induced ignorance. This is hillarious.

No, the States have not yet chosen their President. Tell me, who told you that they had?

When the time comes, any State legislature can "abstain" for its State. Read up on what "plenary power" means.

Rarely do I see your type of fierce pride in being a moron. No one can ever take that away from you.

FALSE. State legislatures no longer have any part in the process. The Electoral College met and cast their votes on December 14th. You know that, right? Please tell me you know that much.

You don't know what plenary means.
Let me guess ... you're going to tell me it means exactly what I have told you it means, right? Well go on, get to it.

It means they have absolute independent power over their election process. And that process, in every state, is specified by the state legislature.
Not quite. It means they alone determine which electors will be voting for President when that moment arrives. IOW, it means exactly what I told you it means.

That process has, in every single state, been followed,
Hey moron, it is a power, not a process. If you had only stayed in school long enough to learn that different words mean different things, you would understand that the State legislatures still maintain their plenary power despite whatever superficial processes have already occurred.

Every State legislature has time to change its mind regarding its electors for President. I can't dumb it down any further for you.

Try asking a Trump supporter to explain it to you otherwise you are hosed.

That moment ARRIVED eight days ago. You lose. We win.

Fake news. Do you have any more?

Wow, there is a lot to unpack here. It would probably be easiest to recognize that you are the "Sources" of this article, yes?

You find tabloids to be compelling, don't you?

Ok, level with me. What do you seriously think Trump's chances are of flipping the election and serving a 2nd term?

Remember, I want your honest answer because I'm gonna refer back to this post on January 21st.

Let's see if you got the rocks to answer. I say you don't.

FALSE. State legislatures no longer have any part in the process.
False. You do not get to rewrite the Constitution.

State legislatures have plenary power at all times on this matter. Nobody gets to say otherwise, not even if some "process" has happened.

The Electoral College met and cast their votes on December 14th.
The vote happens on 6 January. That hasn't happened yet. You know that, right? Please tell me you know that much.

The State legislatures can change their mind on how they are going to vote any time before then and nobody gets to say otherwise. If you cannot understand that then the problem is on your end.

The president is attracted to people who tell him what he wants to hear. And right now, he wants to hear that there’s a way for him to have won this election,” said Nicole Hemmer, a scholar at Columbia University and author of “Messengers of the Right,” about right-wing media.
Hemmer added: “As we get further and further down the line through the process of certification, there are fewer and fewer people willing to tell him that, and that’s in part why you’re seeing him surrounded more by fringe people.”
