The problem for you is that you STILL don't understand what it means for the State legislature to have plenary power on the matter, or that the States have not made any final decision that cannot be changed, or that there is no "default position."

You are locked into a painfully misinformed delusion and all I want to know is how you plan to look when you go apoplectic in January and who you have lined up to capture it on video. That's all I'm looking for.

You don't know what plenary means. It means they have absolute independent power over their election process. And that process, in every state, is specified by the state legislature. That process has, in every single state, been followed, the results of that process certified by every single state in the union, and the electoral votes cast. It appears you don't understand English, math, civics, or probabilities. I know, maybe Tic-Tac-Toe is more your speed.

And that isn't even what he's proposing. I don't think he is anyway, he keeps talking about State Legislatures, and plenary powers. He doesn't even understand the basics of the process, obviously. But what you're saying might explain why he thinks this could happen. He is mixing up state legislatures with state delegations in the House. And he is confusing the 12th Amendment process with Congressional certification. It's a total shit stew in his brain.
